TITLE :EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: PIVOT OF SUCCESS

ABSTRACT:Everyone knows how he feels when he is in anger, fear, joy or grief etc. There is a specific condition of the mind when one feels some such thing (fear, anger or joy etc). Psychologists have termed these mental conditions asemotions. Emotions influence an individual’s adjustment with other individuals in society and determine his conduct towards them. Although man is a rational animal much of his conduct is determined by emotions and instincts. Hence, human development is considerably influenced by the emotions. To lead a successful life one must be emotionally balanced.
