ABSTRACT:The researcher made an attempt to study the difference between teacher freezing, organizational commitment & job satisfaction of male & female secondary school teachers. The study reveals that there is no  significant difference between teacher freezing, job satisfaction of male & female secondary school teachers but organizational commitment of male & female secondary school teachers differ significantly.
