TITLE : MOBILE E-LEARNING: BRIDGING THE GAP IN ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION
ABSTRACT:This paper shows the recent increase in the application of mobile e-learning (MEL) as an effective educational resource that provides customized educational experiences using handheld portable learning gadgets. Mobile learning is learner-centric and flexible, unlike traditional learning systems, which are limited by location and infrastructure to access educational content at any time and place. Interactive multimedia, gamification strategies, and adaptive learning algorithms are the integration that contributes greatly to the motivation and engagement of the learners. Moreover, mobile e-learning can deal with issues like the digital divide by means of cheap technologies, low-data applications, and community-related activities. As more artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) is incorporated, mobile learning has a high potential to lead to inclusive, affordable, and lifelong learning at a worldwide level.
